Transforming Conflict

We understand your need to be part of social movements working to change the world, but also the frustration of dealing with conflicts within them. It can feel like a waste of time and energy to get stuck in arguments that distract you from your mission, and it can be painful to see relationships deteriorate.

We offer tools, resources, and mediation services to help you talk through your conflicts constructively, build resilience together, and achieve your goals.

Our Approach

We believe that conflicts can be opportunities for growth and learning when people receive adequate support. We also believe that the best solutions come from the participants themselves. That’s why our mediation approach focuses on dialogue, understanding, and collaboration.

We practice a confidential and non-judgmental approach to conflict resolution, where everyone’s voice is heard and respected. We are trained to facilitate open communication and help the parties find solutions that work for them.

We work primarily with groups that are committed to creating positive change in society. Our participants typically include activists, community organizations, housing co-operatives, religious and spiritual communities, and nonprofit organizations.
